Half lamb box contains:
1 prime leg cut into joints, 1 tender shoulder joint, Loin & best end chops, minced lamb all packaged & labeled ready for your freezer.

Beef is produced throughout the year
but owing to limited supply is sold subject to availability.

Beef box contains: (matured for 21 days)
Approx.. 3 beef joints, 2.5kg mince, 2.5kg stewing steak.

Rump, rib-eye and sirloin steaks available on request.
